On Calle de Alcalá, 292, the Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima is worth seeing. It is watched over by the crowned image of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima. There is also the school called Our Lady of Fatima.

Bar Docamar can be found at Plaza de Quintana (opposite the old Teide Academy), and this place has been famous for its patatas bravas (fried potatoes) ever since 1963. It has won several awards, is mentioned in television programs and received culinary reviews by José Carlos Capel.

In the northwest of Quintana you can relax at Parque de Calero, and this park separates the neighbourhood from La Concepción, which is the neighbourhood next to Quintana that is also part of the district of Ciudad Lineal.
